Intense ruby colour with brisk head. Scents of fresh friuts and tempera. It is vibrant and fresh to the palate, soft with pleasant tanninic note.

Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel barrels.
Short and intense maceration.
Second fermentation in autoclave
