Il Moreè

Bright ruby colour with violet shades. To the nose it is ample, intensely fruity with reminiscences of ripe cherries. It is important to the palate with an elegant balance between its acidity and mineral notes.

Zona di produzione: Municipality Montù Beccaria

Vitigni: Moradella 80%, Uva Rara 20%

  • Acreage*: 1.5 acres.

  • Harvesting*: When fully ripe the grapes are harvested in the cool hours of the day, collected in 20 kg boxes and pressed immediately.

Cultivation system: Vine density of 4000 plants per acre with newly inserted canopies. Permanent natural grass and modest fertilisation.

Low rate of leaves blossoming.
Low production rate per plant.
Selective pruning and harvesting of the grapes.

Combinations: It pairs excellently with meat dishes, prosciutto and salame.
