Vitigni: Barbera, 20 years old grapewine
- Acreage*: 0.5 acres.
- Harvesting*: the grapes are harvested in the last decade of August and a part is treated with Botrytis Cinerea.
Cultivation system: Vine density of 4100 plants per acre with newly inserted canopies. Permanent natural grass and modest fertilisation, mostly organic.
Maximum grape production (yield): 60 hl/ha
Low rate of leaves blossoming.
