Bright yellow colour with a green shade. Enveloping floral opening with spiced aromas. It is balanced to the palate with mineral connotations which increase with time.

• Acreage*: 1.1 acres

• Harvesting*: Between the first and second decade of September, the grapes are harvested in the cool hours of the day, collected in 20 kg boxes and pressed immediately. Follows a skin-contact maceration.

Cultivation system: Vine density of 4200 plants per acre with renewed canopies, with permanent natural grass and modest organic fertilisation. 
In the cellar, no use of enzymes, additives and coadjutants.
Minimal use of sulfides.
