Intense bright yellow colour; ample scent with strong reminiscences of ripe fruit and honey with soft vegetable background. Full taste, elegant and sweet with remembrances of ripe apricot.

Harvesting: the grapes are harvested in the last decade of November and a part is treated with Botrytis Cinerea.
Cultivation system: Vine density of 4000 plants per acre with newly inserted canopies. Permanent natural grass and modest fertilisation, mostly organic.
